Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have strict cancellation policy. Please ensure you read and understand our cancellation policy.
- All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to complete consultation forms.
- We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments (excludes Sundays and public holidays). Failure to provide 48 hour notice or failure to attend your appointment reserves Boutique SkinClin the right to forfeit a prepaid treatment. With any other treatments your deposit will not be refunded.
- Boutique SkinClin does not provide a refund on services or products for a change of mind. Therefore, please choose carefully.
- Treatments and services are non-transferable to other individuals.
- Prepaid packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Only hair removal packages are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

We endeavour to provide, but do not guarantee, accuracy & completeness of material found on this website for any particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that any information on products & services available on this website are suitable for individual needs and we take no liability for misuse or misinterpretation of the materials. Boutique SkinClin reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately.
Pricing & Treatment Program Policy
- Pricing of products and services are subject to change at any time without any warning or notices.
- Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual programs and recommendations of product or service tailored for specific needs.
- When purchasing a pre-paid treatment program, clients may receive further discount/savings, as such the payment for the program must be made in full prior to first treatment. The client hereby acknowledges that the fee for pre-paid packages is non-refundable in part or whole, including if client circumstances change, the client is unable to attend or opts to discontinue the treatment.
- Treatment programs are non-transferable in part or whole to any other treatment or individuals.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or notify the clinic of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of the prepaid package fee of that appointment. Please see our cancellation and refund policy for further information.
- Treatments may require purchasing of additional products and/or treatments to support the skin during treatment and obtain optimum results, advice will be provided at consultation.
- A treatment consultation is required before any IPL treatment.
Promotional Offers
- Promotions are valid for a limited time only and can only be purchased during this time and no extensions will be granted.
- If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired.
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund, transfer or exchange services or products purchased at promotional or full rates.
Booking Appointments
- Boutique SkinClin requires a $100 booking fee to secure your appointment. This fee is refunded on the day of your appointment and non-refundable if you don’t turn up or fail to comply with our cancellation policy by giving us a minimum of 48 hour notice.
- If you need to cancel or move your appointment you must give our clinic a call during trading hours or message us via Instagram. Please do not try to move your appointments via the link that is sent to you to confirm your appointments, as this is not excepted. You must call during trading hours or message us via Instagram 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Packages must be paid in full on the first visit and are not refundable if you change your mind or no longer can attend.
- If you fail to attend your prepaid treatment appointment you will lose that treatment.
Gift Vouchers
When purchasing a gift voucher with Boutique SkinClin the following terms and conditions apply.
- All gift vouchers have a 3 month expiry from the date of purchases. After the gift voucher has expired it is no longer valid. Expired gift vouchers will not be excepted.
- Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, returned for refund or transferred to another voucher.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers are unable to be replaced.
- Not applicable to sale items.
Google Reviews Promo
Give us a google review if you wish and receive a $10 credit towards your next appointment.
- Credit can only be used once.
- Credit is not applicable to promotional offers or prepaid packages.
- Credit can only be applied to one treatment purchase.
Refer a Friend
Clients are eligible to receive a FREE 15 minute led light treatment for each family member or friend they refer.
To receive your referral gift, the person must provide your full name at the initial consultation by writing it down on our consent forms. If not mentioned at their first visit you are ineligible for the referral.
